Rock’n’Hops (the original) returns!!!

 

We’re a Rock’n’Roll brewery.  Grunge, punk, metal and ska influences are found all over our beers and taproom.

A dank, but flavourful NEIPA loaded with Citra & Mosaic hops at the tail end of the boil. Two rounds of dry hopping with Sabro & Idaho 7 turn this up to an 11!

 

Ian’s take:

I’m thrilled to have this back in the tap room!  We dropped the % a little from last time to make it a little more accessible, while keeping all the flavour you’d expect from Rock’n’Hops.  Tweaked the hops additions from previous batches to balance the stone fruit/tropical/coconut flavours from sabro, with the dank yet zesty tangerine/marmalade notes of the Idaho 7 hops.  The Mosaic and Ctira hops add additional bursts of fruit flavours – mango, grapefruit, lime, passion fruit.  Layers upon layers of delicious flavours – enjoy!

Best when kept Cold. Drink Fresh!
