Hops at the new house really produced this year, thanks to a pile of rain and solid mix of long sunny days.
Focusing on the flavour of the fresh hops, we selected pilsner malts from local maltster M3Malts for that clean malt flavour with just a touch of breadiness.
Lots of help from friends and troublmakrs makes it a great day!
