A little bit of a tradition around here now, is our yearly ‘Back to School’ beer to help parents celebrate, and teachers tolerate going back to school! This NEIPA has a combination of Simcoe and Nectaron hops. The Nectaron aromatics explode out of the can with notes of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit and pineapple. Simcoe helps balance on the lower end of the pallet spectrum with elements of stone fruit, pine and citrus zest.
A really fantastic hop pairing, and an incredibly flavourful beer.
