Good friend Dale has been a home brewer for years, and helped us out a ton at the brewery - so thought we’d make a beer w/a nod to the big game! Dale really wanted to feature popcorn, which really lends itself nicely to us trying a Mexican IPA!
Our focus was to amp up mexican flavours with the corn, adding lime and Citra hops to deliver bright flavours and balance.
