This Wet Hop IPA is only brewed once a year using local hops picked fresh from the bine. The TWB team took a trip to Hayhoe Farms to pick up the hops and learn a thing or three from Scott and his family about running a hop farm.

This beer is brewed with fifty pounds off whole cone fresh Cascade hops added late in the boil to get all that hoppy goodness. To give it that wonderful aroma dry hopped with a dried version of the same hops.
