This Wet Hop IPA is only brewed once a year using local hops picked fresh from the bine. The TWB team took a trip to Tavistock Hop Company to pick up the hops and learn a thing or three from Kyle, Julie, and Jeremy about running a hop farm. This beer is brewed with fifty pounds off whole cone fresh Centennial hops added late in the boil to get all that hoppy goodness. To give it that wonderful aroma dry hopped with a dried version of the same hops.
