Spring Thaw is a Maple Cream Ale, that we first brewed in 2025, with our friends at the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority to mark 50 years of maple Syrup production at their Purple Woods Conservation Area.

We wanted to create something that was light and crisp, and worked to have the maple be a part of the beer rather than take it over completely. We strived to balance the flavours of a typically mild beer style with the punchy, distinctive flavour of the syrup. The result is refreshing and easy drinking.
