We've been super lucky to have Dan on the team for almost a year now. He joined us as our Toronto sales rep and we've loved having him aboard. He and Colin are still at the helm of Laylow and we thought it would be fun to collab on a beer together. We put our heads together and landed on an Italian Pils, and boy are we glad we did. We brewed it with Cologne pilsner malt and Spalter Select hops and it's a beautiful balance of complex malt flavour and a heavy hand of hops.
