Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Dominion City Brewing Company in Ottawa, this brew was created as a throwback to those that got us all into craft beer in the first place. Using all Canadian malts, whole cone cascade and Ontario Cascade pellets from @hayhoehops - Silly Goose is a beautiful balance of malt and hops with a subtle bitterness that leaves you wanting more.
