Night Owl is a Light IPA brewed with Amarillo, Mosaic and Deep Cut Cascade hops imparting old school citrus and pine notes in a super flavourful but easy drinking light beer. "Deep Cut" is a specialized version of the classic Cascade hop variety harvested super late in the season to shift its aroma profile. Rather than the typical floral and grapefruit notes, these impart a much more pronounced pine and resin character really kicking up the old school vibes in this one.
