Jack Knife is a smooth, malt-forward Dark Lager. We brewed this beer with Czech floor-malted barley and Czech Saaz then cold-conditioned it for eight weeks. It's a really beautiful beer with notes of toasted bread, cocoa, and a hint of caramel, balanced by a gentle Saaz bitterness. It's a beer that's complex and layered, but it's crisp finish and overall drinkability means you won't be stopping at one.
