This lager leans more golden in colour than blonde thanks to a maltier base and is complimented by balanced hop flavour with a restrained bitterness. We used a new experimental hop variety bred to be an American twist on the classic noble hop - it’s a little woody and a touch herbal with a lil’ kiss of citrus. It’s a showcase of balance with prominent hop and malt profiles, resulting in a perpetually satisfying beer.
