It's here! But what is it? India Pale Lager? Cold IPA? Nah... Hazy Pils Baby! What's a Hazy Pils? Who knows... but what we CAN tell you is it's a snappy, hoppy little buddy made with love and our good friends at Toronto's Muddy York Brewing Co. This beer was inspired by a trip by Muddy York's Sue and Jeff to San Diego this Spring and it's the ultimate Summer treat. We started with a traditional pilsner base and threw in a smidge of malted wheat for a lil' lemony kick. We amped that up by hopping it like a Hazy IPA using some of the finest Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. What you are left with is unique and super tasty. We've been pursuing a beer that satisfies our love of hops but is also easy drinking and crisp, the Hazy Pils might have just cracked the code
