A 100% Nelson Sauvin Hazy IPA, this beer pours with that super-opaque, almost-white pale haze and delivers everything we’ve come to love from New Zealand hops.
We’ve been saving the Nelson Sauvin we used in this beer for a special occasion, and rather than sprinkling it into a few beers here and there, we decided to let it rip all at once, making this one of the most heavily dry-hopped beers we’ve ever brewed!
Saturated but highly drinkable, Coast Modern brings big notes of Sauvignon Blanc, gooseberry and passionfruit. A lovely expression of one of our all-time favourites from New Zealand hops.
