Big Sky starts with a traditional Gose base brewed with plenty of malted wheat, a touch of coriander and sea salt. To give it a distinctly modern kick, we dry-hopped it with hand-selected Citra, adding a burst of fresh citrus to its crisp, refreshing finish. The result is a real delight.
