Each Beast A God is our 8.5% Double Stout with coffee from our good friends @morningroastinc and is one of our favourite beers we make.
This version uses bourbon barrel aged Brazilian coffee beans. Bourbon barrel-aged Brazilian coffee is made by resting green (unroasted) coffee beans inside charred oak bourbon barrels before roasting them to a medium profile. Then we conditioned our Each Beast A God Double Stout base on these beans.
