"Conjuration 27" is the newest iteration in our series of experimental IPAs to be used as a playground to try out anything and everything related to hoppy beers! With each iteration, we are trying different ingredients and processes with an ultimate goal of using these experiments to elevate all of the beer we produce.
Conjuration 27 is a 7% Hazy IPA brewed with wheat and oats and hopped with our hand-selected Citra and Mosaic as well as NZ Cascade. For this batch, we've bumped the ABV up slightly, increased our hopping rate and used a cooler whirlpool temperature.
