Blackthorn is well balanced and layered with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and a hint of caramel. The combination of dark roasted malts, hop bitterness and low carbination makes this brew remarkably smooth.

The Story
Blackthorn has long been steeped in magic. In Celtic mythology, it was believed to shelter fairies and the ethereal. Known as the witch's tree, its wood carried such a powerful reputation that anyone walking with a blackthorn staff was suspected of wielding magic themselves.
