Crafted from fresh wort from the coolship transferred into an open fermenter with grape skins from our wine fermentation, it matures for six weeks before being expertly blended with Petite Pearl natural wine. The result is a rich and robust beer, boasting a bold red wine essence that is distinctly different of the Marquette.

 Please note bottles are corked and capped for cellaring.
