L'acadie

L'acadie is our second presentation in our wine blend series. This blend began with a wheat-based beer fermented on whole-cluster L'acadie grapes for a period of two weeks. After that period, the beer was delicately placed in an oak barrel, where it was kept for sixteen months before being skillfully combined with L'acadie Wine. The outcome is a luminous beer that highlights the aromas and tastes of L'acadie Wine, finishing with a pleasant funk.

Please note bottles are corked and capped for cellaring.
