Hoppy Saison is our most hop forward beer. Brewed with a combination of malted barley and flaked wheat. Bittered with our own Cascade hops and finished in the kettle with Czech Saaz. Barrel aged, and dry hopped with Saaz, Hersbrucker & Styrian Celeia. Not overly bitter with a nice hop expression.
