Introducing Sleepytime Grisette.
Inspired by one of our favourite before bed teas, this Grisette was brewed with Chamomile flowers, lemon verbena, and touch of lemon juice. Some would even consider it the perfect treat while awaiting Santa Claus on a cold and snowy night.
Originating in French and Belgian regions as a light and refreshing beer after a long day of work, it drinks very dry with a soft mouthfeel and slightly tart finish.
