A traditional Bohemian strong pilsner inspired by authentic Czech brewing.The word Pivo translates to "Beer" in Czech, and 16° is a reference to the original gravity, or original sugar content of the beer before fermentation and cellaring. Coming in at 6.8%alc/vol, this beer is crisp, refreshing, yet still has a present malt profile and noble hop character. Brewed with Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner Malt along with Saaz and Hallertau hops.
