Made in collaboration with our friends at Old Flame Brewing Co. this Brett lager is something very special. Starting with Hazy Blonde Lager from Old Flame, we aged it for 7 months on Brettanomyces and Alsatian hops. After further conditioning in champagne bottles, it has become a truly unique and delightful thing. Pouring a beautiful pale yellow, notes of citrus and mellon give way to a gentle funk. Finishing dry with a delightful floral bouquet, Solar Prominence is as tasty and refreshing as it gets!
A limited number of bottles are available now at Shacklands as well as Old Flame's Newmarket and Port Perry locations.
