Pouring a beautiful pale gold, this lovely concoction was solely brewed with a TONNE of freshly picked whole cone Chinook hops from Hayhoe Hops in Aylmer, Ontario. On the nose is a pleasant tingling spice along with ripe stone fruit, candied citrus, and bread. You will notice this beer has a delightfully smooth texture, enveloping the palate in a soft and mellow embrace accompanied by apricot, golden plum, white grapefruit, pastry crust, and a complex bouquet of spices. Finishing with a firm slightly piney bitterness, it manages to be simultaneously mellow and playful!
Brewed in collaboration with our friend Jordan St. John, part of the proceeds from the sale of this beer will benefit Unity Kitchen who provide food and other resources to those facing homelessness and food insecurity.
