Malevolent Benevolence - Mexican Mole Bourbon

Brewed with an abundance of chocolate, coffee, and caramel malts, with a hint of lactose sugar to add a silky texture. Conditioned in a single Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel for 18+ months and then conditioned on Ancho and Guajillo chilies, cinnamon, cocoa nibs and vanilla beans. Notes of pepper smoke, rich chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, tobacco, caramel, coffee, and dark fruits. Full-bodied with an extremely smooth texture, a balanced sweetness, and some warming heat from the chillies.
