Pareidolia was originally introduced for our 4th anniversary. Pareidolia is the phenomena of seeing structures and patterns amidst the random meaningless chaos. At that point, our four year search for meaning had lead us to the imagination of this beer (and the start of a trend to dry-hop our IPAs a ridiculous amount of times for our anniversary).
Notes of stone fruit candy, tropical citrus, fresh gooseberry and passionfruit, with an abundant hop aroma and smooth dream finish.
