9th Anniversary: Nine Lives Nonuple Dry-hopped Octuple IPA

We wanted to do something extra special for our ninth anniversary, so we figured we’d bring together nine of our friends, and some awesome IPA brewers, to create this excessively hop forward, tropical fruity Nonuple Dry-Hopped Octuple IPA. It has nine different hop varieties, selected by our friends, to push the limits of hop saturation. Here’s hoping we didn’t use up our ninth life with this one.

We figured we’d even add the lot numbers and hop varietals onto the can so you can have a sneak peak into our deliberations. Nine breweries, nine dry-hops and hopped at a rate of 11lbs/bbl equivalent with hops and extracted hop oils, this is by far the biggest, most hop saturated beer we’ve ever made!
