Wild Brett 2017
2017 brought about a lot of beautiful beers at Rainhard. Barrel-aged for over a year, this saison was aged with 4 different strains of brettanomyces. After a few years of cellaring, it has developed beautiful and complex character, with notes we were surprised and thrilled about! Whiskey on the nose, and more peaty than oaky, this beer is 1) extremely limited and 2) very yummy.
