This Imperial Stout has been aged over 3 years to perfection. Brewed in January 2016, aged 9 months in Kentucky bourbon barrels, then bottled in October of that year. This beer has aged incredibly, smoothed out, with pronounced chocolate and bourbon notes. If there is a beer meant for the end of winter and for treating yourself, this is it.
