This American-style wild ale was brewed with a hefty portion of oats for texture, lacto-soured to a pH of 3.4, fermented with our proprietary blend of ale yeasts and then double dry hopped with Galaxy, Amarillo and Enigma hops. There are notes of tart summer lemonade, sour Skittles, peaches, lychee, raspberry, lemon meringue and raw sourdough.
