Dead Elephant Ale (6.5% abv) Our traditional IPA named in honour of the famed Jumbo the Elephant, who met his demise in St. Thomas in September 15,1885.  This full bodied golden IPA, has flavour that is sweet with balanced malt base with the right amount of hops that bring out slight grassy notes, and a touch of candy with a hints of biscuit.
