When we originally brewed this, the tartness wasn't exactly what we were looking for, so we decided to add hops to this sour ale. The result was a surprisingly fruity and mildly tart beer that originally started as something completely different. We added Raspberry and Coconut to this version giving the beer a nice reddish hue and fruity tropical flavours.
