RIFF No. 2 — Cryo Fresh Simcoe & Strata

Riff #2 enters the scene as a No-Coast IPA, something somewhere in the middle of a citrus and pine Westy and an extra pale hazy East coaster. For this beer we utilized Cryo-Fresh hops, a new way of processing fresh wet hops right after harvest and preserving them just at that moment, instead of kilning and drying them like typical hops. The result gives you something light and bright -- fresh pine needles and citrus, along with floral and grassy notes. Well balanced, medium bodied, and highly drinkable.
