Moonlight Kettle team member Daniela hails from El Salvador, a major grower of guavas & the inspiration behind this beer’s namesake! With a soft pink body, this beer offers a bright, floral aroma. The flavour is bursting with guava goodness, with a balance of sweet & tart fruity notes, and a refreshing, juicy finish. Inspired by the South American cocktail, a Batida is traditionally made with cachaça, an alcohol made from fermented sugarcane, mixed with fruit juice & coconut milk. Batida means “shaken”, and when you infuse guava with hop-forward notes and a hint of sweetness, you craft delicious & tropical Milkshake IPA!
Pair with cheesy guava empanadas, crabcakes, or El Salvador’s national dish, pupusas!
