Dark Saison fermented with honey. Toffee, treacle and honey on the nose. Flavor notes of buscuit and toasty malt with rich highlights of fig, toffee and just a little brown sugar sweetness in the finish. Just a touch of acidity rounds it out. As usual, that 7.5% abv is well hidden.
