7% cherry vanilla stout. An American stout base beer was refermented with a mix of tart and sweet cherries (80% tart, 20% sweet) and a handful of vanilla beans. The vanilla notes are subtle while the tart cherry is present. As the beer warms the cherry notes deepen and become more present.
