The only time we have brewed this beer was in June 2013 and we are bringing it back in 2020, to help us celebrate our 10th anniversary.
We use only Cluster Hops from Washington State and pitch them 6 times in the kettle. Cluster was the main hop of choice of many breweries until the late 1980's, yet few breweries use the hop now. We thought it would be great to bring back a little hop history in making our Wuchak Throwback.
