We first brewed Frederico Cerveza as our 10th Staff Pick back in the summer of 2020.   The beer was chosen by Fred, and although he has moved on to other projects, his legacy remains at Kich through this beer and the custom furniture he built for the taproom.  

Initially intended as a one-batch brew, the beer proved so popular that we quickly realized we had to brew more. This easy drinking lager is now a staple of our summer line-up.
