We love doing collaborative brews with our customers and the team at Fiazza Fresh Fired have been great partners of ours for many years.  They came up with the idea of producing a beer that would pair ideally with their fantastic pizzas and our team of brewers was excited for the challenge.  Cotto Fresco (Italian for Fresh Cooked or Fresh Fired) is an Italian inspired Lager brewed to offer a clean, crisp finish.
