This beer started out as a customer collaboration in 2017, and has turned into one of our best selling beers.  The inspiration for this Pilsner comes from The Cheshire Cat Pub in Carp.  The owners operate a fantastic pub with a traditional approach of great food, drink and especially service.  That focus and tradition continues with this classic Pilsner.
