ABOUT OZIGI BREWERY
Tucked away on the southern coast of Japan's northernmost island lives a brewery that has stolen the hearts of Hakkodate. Ozigi Brewery is a small and delicate yet methodical and precise craft brewery. Our breweries share identical objectives that focus on local ingredients, culture and community. We brewed their most popular beer: a wheat ale with local sudachi, a sweet and sour fruit closely resembling the flavour of a lime. Kampai!
