Leaning into a west coast style with a clear, slightly amber hue and a hint of malty sweetness, this IPA is copiously hopped with Azacca, which blasts out with sweet tropical and stone fruit flavours and aromas, yet with the higher bitterness typically associated with west coast IPA styles. Think pineapple, grapefruit and peach with some piney bitterness on the backend, but balanced with a sweeter malt base for a full spectrum of flavour.
