This pilsner is brewed in the German tradition with a drastic departure: we exclusively used NZ hops in the kettle and as a dry hop. This batch features motueka hops. Our Precipice Pils has an initial hint of sweetness followed by a light bitterness and bright, fruity finish courtesy of a dry-hop of New Zealand Hops.

TASTE: Citrus, Pine, Balanced Bitterness
