Double Chocolate Mousse

With this stout we used a long boil to help produce a rich, complex and sweet malt profile. We then blended this beer with a stout we've had ageing in bourbon barrels, and treated it with a double addition of cacao and chocolate gelato mix, as well as marshmallow. The resulting beer is smooth, decadent, and perfect for the holiday season.
