This reserve release of our Grand Cru was aged for 4 years on Pinot Noir pomace from Pearl Morissette. This blend of two select barrels with great structure, depth of fruit flavour and acidity, was packaged still to showcase the delicate balance of tannin and fruit. Please store this bottle on its side in a cool, dark place. 200 bottles produced.
