Brewed with coriander seed and fermented with our house belgian yeast, aged 3 months in french oak barrels on fresh NOTL raspberries. A beautiful pink/rose hue. Raspberry on the nose and the palate. Slight funk from the barrels carry through to a tart and dry finish.
