We wanted to bring a bit more Hamilton to Toronto so we teamed up with our pals at Fairweather for this collab brew! Flower & Song is a lager we brewed with a touch of wheat and lightly dry hopped with crystal and mosaic. To really bring home the floral notes, we steeped this brew in the kettle with real elderflowers! Expect aromas of green plum, dry soft herbs and floral notes with a balanced malt flavour softened by the wheat.
