A nod to classic IPA’s. We used locally sourced Cascade, Chinook and Triple Pearl hops from Chlodowig Organic Hop Farms (St. Eugene, Ontario) to provide our IPA with an abundance of citrus and pine flavours. Supported with a bready and caramel malt backbone and a firm bitter finish. Worst case Hoptario, a hoppy beer that serves you well.

Yeast: American Ale
