WHITE IPA

$4.35

6.0% ABV / 8 SRM / 40 IBU's

Hops: Mandarina Bavaria / Cascade / Warrior

Pours a slightly hazy harverst gold colour with a frothy white head that leaves a soft layer of lace on the
glass.

Bright citrus and tropical hop aromas lead into the Belgian yeast character, with notes of orange peel,
fresh bread and a touch of caramel.

Citrus and tropical hops come forward first, followed by Belgian yeast, orange peel and a subtle grapefruit
note. Bready malt and light caramel round out the flavour.

Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, finishing slightly sticky with lingering yeast, citrus and hop
character.

A well balanced White IPA that brings together bright citrus and tropical hops with classic Belgian yeast
character. Fruity, refreshing and approachable, with enough malt sweetness and hop character to keep
things interesting.
