A flavour forward West Coast Pilsner combining bright citrus fruit character with a firm, lingering bitterness, while retaining the crisp, refreshing qualities expected of the style.

Showcasing a bright golden straw colour with a foamy, bright white head, the beer retains all the classic appearance characteristics expected of a pilsner. Strong, expressive fruity citrus aromas lead the way, giving the beer a vibrant, fresh character.

Unfiltered for maximum flavour, it delivers an upfront fruity sweetness followed by a clean, assertive hop bitterness. The 48 IBU bitterness lingers pleasantly through the aftertaste, balancing the initial fruitiness. At under 5% ABV, this beer is perfect for warm summer afternoons.

And, perhaps most importantly, this beer was brewed by our sarcastically wonderful and exceptionally competent brewer, Jacob, in what is his first 174 HL batch.
